Knowing something of the character of the volumes and densities of our bodies and how they negotiate with the forces of the universe is empowering, in the sense that applying this knowledge allows us to do things we were not able to do before.

Applied knowledge therefore permits us to express ourselves with more freedom, and provides more energy for our expansion into the world.

In this workshop I will outline and investigate some of the most up-to-date insights into the conversation between the gravitational and mechanical forces and our bodies. I will propose guided contexts for research and experiment and provide guidlines for creating safety as I assist my students in matching ambition with ability, intention with context.
